【摘要】:ThetestmethoddescribedinthispartofIEC62137appliestosolderjointsbetweenterminalsofsurfacemountingdevices(SMDs)andlandpatternsonprintedwiringboards(PWBs).Thistestisintendedtoevaluatethestrengthofthesolderjointsoflargersizedmulti-terminalcomponentsandothercomponentsindevices(e.g.handheldmobiledevices)intheeventthatthedeviceisdropped.Thepropertiesofthesolderjoints(e.g.solderalloy,substrate,mounteddeviceordesign,etc.)areevaluatedtoassistinimprovingthestrengthofthesolderjoints.
