【摘要】:ISO22514-3:2008prescribesthestepstobetakeninconductingshort-termperformancestudiesthataretypicallyperformedonmachineswherepartsproducedconsecutivelyunderrepeatabilityconditionsareconsidered.Thenumberofobservationstobeanalysedwillvaryaccordingtothepatternsthedataproduce,oriftheruns(therateatwhichitemsareproduced)onthemachinearelowinquantity.Themethodsarenotrecommendedwherethesamplesizeproducedislessthan30observations.Methodstobeusedforhandlingthedataandcarryingoutthecalculationsaredescribed.Inaddition,machineperformanceindicesandtheactionsrequiredattheconclusionofamachineperformancestudyaredescribed.ISO22514-3:2008isnotapplicablewhentoolwearpatternsareexpectedtobepresentduringthedurationofthestudy,norifautocorrelationbetweenobservationsispresent.Thesituationwhereamachinehascapturedthedata,sometimesthousandsofdatapointscollectedinaminute,isnotconsideredsuitablefortheapplicationofISO22514-3:2008.
