【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricclothesdryersfordryingtextilesonrackslocatedinawarmairflowandtoelectrictowelrails,forhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Theclothesracksmaybefixedorfree-standinginacabinet.Theaircirculationmaybenaturalorforced.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutthatneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccountNOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–tumbledryers(IEC60335-2-11);–appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
