【摘要】:ThispartofISO12215appliestothedeterminationofdesignpressuresandstresses,andtothedeterminationofthescantlings,includinginternalstructuralmembersofmonohullsmallcraftconstructedfromfibre-reinforcedplastics,aluminiumorsteelalloys,gluedwoodorothersuitableboatbuildingmaterial,withalengthofhull,LH,inaccordancewithISO8666,between2,5mand24m.Itonlyappliestoboatsintheintactcondition.Itonlyappliestocraftwithamaximumspeed≤50knotsintoLDCconditions.Theassessmentshallgenerallyincludeallpartsofthecraftthatareassumedwatertightorweathertightwhenassessingstability,freeboardandbuoyancyinaccordancewithISO12217andareessentialtothesafetyofthecraftandofpersonsonboard.Forthecompletescantlingsofthecraft,thispartofISO12215isusedinconjunctionwithPart6,fordetails,Part7formultihulls,Part8forruddersandPart9forappendagesandrigattachment.Thescantlingdeterminationofwindows,portlights,deadlights,hatchesanddoors,isinaccordancewithISO12216.ThestructuresupportingtheseelementsisinaccordancewiththispartofISO12215.NOTE1ScantlingsderivedfromthispartofISO12215areprimarilyintendedtoapplytorecreationalcraftincludingrecreationalchartervesselsandmaynotbesuitableforperformanceracingcraft.NOTE2ThispartofISO12215isbasedontheassumptionthatscantlingsaregovernedsolelybylocalloads.NOTE3ThescantlingrequirementsofthispartofISO12215areconsideredtocorrespondtotheminimumstrengthrequirementsofmotorandsailingcraftwhichareoperatedinasafeandresponsiblemanner,havingduecognisanceoftheprevailingconditions.Pressuresandstressesarenormallyexpressedinpascals,kilopascalsormegapascals.ForthepurposesofabetterunderstandingfortheusersofthispartofISO12215,thepressuresareexpressedinkilonewtonspersquaremetre(lkN/m2--lkPa)andstressesorelasticmoduliareexpressedinnewtonspersquaremillimetre(1N/mm2--1MPa).
